Upon successful completion of the DMSc program, students will be able to:
- Integrate health policy, advocacy, and systems-level thinking to influence healthcare.
- Demonstrate advanced leadership competencies by leading self and others effectively in complex healthcare environments and facilitating collaborative decision-making.
- Design, implement, and evaluate a scholarly doctoral project using appropriate research methods, ethical standards, and evidence-based approaches to address a relevant healthcare problem.
- Demonstrate advanced expertise within a selected concentration (clinical leadership, health professions education, or clinical research/medical affairs) to advance healthcare quality, organizational effectiveness, and professional impact.
