Students who are registered for 6 or more credit hours in a single semester are eligible to enroll in the student health insurance plan. Students with existing coverage need to submit an approved waiver to opt out of the plan and remove the premium from their account.
*DHSc and MSCR students are exempt from this insurance requirement, but can enroll in the plan if they wish to do so.View Additional Insurance Information
